PREPARATION METHOD

  • Heat liquid frying oil to 175°C / 379°F.

  • For frozen croquettes: Fry for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.

  • For thawed croquettes: Fry for 2–3 minutes for a perfect crisp.

  • Let rest for 1 minute before serving for optimal texture.
