Master Bites was founded by Rick Hoekstra and Rob Maas who spent years behind the bar, on the floor, and in the kitchen – from Amsterdam to Manchester.
The idea? Bring something new to the UK snack scene: the bitterbal. A golden, crispy bite with deep flavour, built for sharing, sipping, and surprising your guests.
